Shortly after graduating from The University of Texas in May of 2008, Martin joined the Ragland, Strother, & Lafitte team. He was interested in pursuing the insurance industry as a producer after working as an intern at RSL the summer before graduation. He quickly gained an affinity for not only the relationship driven insurance business but also the people at RSL. Martin aspires to have a long career as an insurance producer with RSL. He is an active member of many organizations, a few being the Park Cities Presbyterian Church, The Chiapas Project Junior Committee (nonprofit supporting microfinance), The Ronald McDonald House of Dallas ‘Young Friends’, and The Independent Insurance ‘Young’ Agents of Dallas. Martin enjoys golf, fishing, skiing, following college football, and spending time with his family and friends.
